  • Reclaim emotional safety through breath, movement, and presence

  • Expand your capacity to feel without shutting down or pushing through

Week 3: Rewire Your Mind

Clinical Hypnosis

This isn’t mindset work.
This is identity work.

You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed hypnotic state where the subconscious is most open to healing and invited to:

  • Plant new beliefs at the level of identity

  • Integrate self-worth not as a concept, but as a felt experience

  • Create inner imagery that reinforces safety, sufficiency, and expansion

Week 4: Embody Your Truth

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

The final week clears the energetic debris, the emotional static that’s been clogging your system.

Through guided tapping, you’ll:

  • Tap through resistance, shame, fear, and grief

  • Anchor in your new identity with full-body permission
